-Combined seasonings-
100cc of broth
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp light soy sauce
1tsp namplaa
1/2tsp sugar
a pinch of salt
-Season the pork-
1/2tbsp Shaoxing wine
1/2tbsp soy sauce
