豚ばら肉:120g
イカ:1杯
蒸しホタテ:12個
鶉のゆで卵:8個
青梗菜:2枚
きくらげ:10g
白菜:150g
にんじん:1/4本
もやし:1パック
ごま油:大さじ1
紹興酒:大さじ1
水溶き片栗粉:適量

●餡
鶏がらスープ:1000cc
醤油:大さじ1
オイスターソース:大さじ1
砂糖:大さじ1

10g wood ear mushroom
150g Chinese cabbage
1/4 carrot
1package of bean sprouts
1tbsp sesame oil
4tbsp Shaoxing wine
potato starch mixture

●ankake sauce
1000ml chicken stock
1tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp oyster sauce
1tbsp sugar
