: 100ml water + 200ml extra water
: 50g katsuobushi (bonito flakes)
: 1 tbsp soy sauce
: 1 tbsp sake
: 1 tbsp sugar

– Topping –
: Mochi rice cake
: Naganegi green onion
: Konegi green onion
