Shake kojima located in the area called okinawa town where is near to Daitabashi station in Tokyo is a restaurant specializing in salmon where you can enjoy dishes using natural rare spring salmon called Tokijake.

The owner said,
‘I think salmon is something very familiar to all of us. They are served in ryokan hotels in the morning, normal dishes at home and even gyudon (beef bowl) restaurants offer them too. We wanted to serve salmon as it is familiar to everyone and delicious.
We operate this restaurant with the intention of providing our customers the taste of authentic salmon.’

Please enjoy the special salmon in this restaurant with an interior packed with important secondhand tools collected by the owner who says that ‘the restaurant became like this naturally from collecting anything he had an interest in.’
