●Nabe Yaki Udon noodle(for 3 servings)
3 hanks udon noodle
6 shrimp tempura
150 g chicken thigh
3 piece fish cake
some spinach
3 shiitake mushroom
1 white leek
3 eggs
1500 ml udon soup

●Udon soup
1600 ml water
25 g dried sardine
10 g kombu
20 g thick dried‐bonito shavings
15 g dried‐bonito shavings
2 tbsp tin soy sauce
1 tsp salt
