1/2 tsp salt
some pepper and
some lettuce
some Karashi mayonnaise
some cheese
some special sauce

2 tbsp Tonkatsu sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp honey
●Special mayonnaise
1 egg yolk
1 pinch salt
some pepper
2 tsp vinegar
120 ml oil
●Buns(for 4 buns)
220 g strong flour
75 g weak flour
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
120 ml water
70 ml milk
30 g salt‐free butter
1 tsp dry yeast
●Butter
1 egg
50 ml milk
80 ml flour
