I am pleasantly surprised by how easy it is to make Matcha pasta / noodles, particularly if you have a breadmaker or mixer to speed up the mixing.
We use matcha to make this udon based on the Korean handmade noodles. Add your favourite vegetables or meat and sauce to finish this delicious dish.
