新潟のB級グルメ「タレカツ丼」発祥店へ！新潟県新潟市『とんかつ太郎』にお邪魔しました！もともと新潟市は古くから西洋料理の盛んな街だったそうで、「とんかつ太郎」は昭和初期に中心部にあった屋台街の屋台からスタートしたお店だそうです。「タレカツ丼」とは衣薄めのとんかつを“甘辛醤油ダレ”にくぐらせて、ご飯にのせたシンプルな丼です！日本人好きする醤油ベースのタレと西洋料理のとんかつという組み合わせが人気を呼び、定着したそうで今や新潟を代表するご当地グルメになっています！以前から気になっていたお店でしたが、今回伺ってそのおいしさにびっくりしました！そこで食べるからこそ美味しいご当地グルメ、、その様子を是非ご覧ください！

Originally, Niigata City has been a city where Western cuisine has been popular for a long time, and “Tonkatsu Taro” is said to have started from the stalls of the street food stalls in the center of the Showa period. “Tarekatsu Don” is a simple bowl made by passing a thinly battered pork cutlet through a “sweet and spicy soy sauce sauce” and putting it on rice! The combination of soy sauce-based sauce, which Japanese people like, and pork cutlet, which is a Western dish, has become popular and has become a popular local gourmet dish in Niigata! It was a shop that I had been interested in for a long time, but I was surprised at how delicious it was when I visited this time!
