A combination of the noodle machine “Richmen” Type II and the dough mixer M25 (up to 25 kg flour weight capacity) can be used to produce 200-250 portions of fresh craft ramen, pasta, wok, udon and other varieties of noodles per hour.
This combination is designed for stand-alone restaurants, restaurant chains, or small-mid scale production of noodles.
