つけ麺の名店へ初訪問！東京都豊島区『東池袋 大勝軒 本店』に伺いました。今では至る所でつけ麺を食べることができるようになりましたが、つけ麺の発祥は“ラーメンの神様”と呼ばれ“ラーメンの鬼”佐野実氏が唯一尊敬する人物と公言していた山岸一雄氏によるもの、というのが定説とされているそうです。詳しい説明については他に譲りますが、それほど今のラーメン業界に非常に大きな影響を与えたことは違いありません。座ってつけ麺をいただくと感慨深い気持ちが湧いてきました。それでは早速ご覧ください！

First visit to a famous Tsukemen restaurant! We visited “Taishoken Main Store” in Toshima-ku, Tokyo. Nowadays, you can eat tsukemen everywhere, but the origin of tsukemen is called “the god of ramen” and Kazuo Yamagishi, who was professed to be the only person whom “ramen demon” Minoru Sano respects. It is said that it is the established theory that it is due to him. I’ll leave the detailed explanation to others, but it must have had such a huge impact on the ramen industry today.
