たくさんの観光客が訪れる博多を代表する商業施設、キャナルシティ博多にあるラーメンスタジアム。
全国各地の味を楽しめるこちらの施設で今回お伺いしたのは、戦前から京都にある名店、新福菜館です。
濃厚な醤油は芳醇な香りとともに味わいも深く、豚骨ラーメンとは一味違った雰囲気を味わえます。
たまには豚骨以外を食べたくなった福岡人も、いちど訪れてみることをお勧めします。
色々な文化がお互いを尊重し合っているのがなんだか感動的な施設でした。

At this facility where you can enjoy the tastes of all over the country, we visited Shinfukusaikan, a famous restaurant in Kyoto before the war.
The rich soy sauce has a rich aroma and a deep taste, and you can enjoy an atmosphere that is a bit different from pork bone ramen.
