Udon is white noodle made of wheat flour, and there are many different kinds of udon in Japan.
Himokawa udon is the local food of Gunma prefecture, characterized by its flat and wide shape.

Himokawa Kiriu is a new restaurant where you can enjoy authentic himokawa udon in Daimon.
I ordered himokawa and plain udon (half and half ) for delivery.
It was amazing!
