Zaru-soba cold noodles that are served on a woven bamboo tray with spring onions and wasabi. When you eat Zaru-Soba, put some spring onions and Wasabi into Soba soup.
And most importantly, when eating soba, make noise when you slurp it vigorously. Never eat it without making a sound like pasta. It is bad manners to eat soba without making a sound. It is true!
