KISHIMEN noodles with soup

—For 1 person You will need…..
1. 90g of KISHIMEN noodles Kishimen-tei From Daiso Japan
2. 100ml of Dipping Sause konbu Tsuyu Wadakan From Daiso Japan
3. 500ml of Hot water
4. Spring onion
6. SHICHIMI Japanese chill
—How to cook
1.Pour 1L of hot water into pan and bring to boil
2.Put KISHIMEN noodles into pan, stir occasionally, cook for 14mins
3.Drain the water and rinse with cold water
4. Slice spring onion

5. Put 100ml of Konbu TSUYU into pan and add 500ml of hot water
6. Bring to boil and put cooked noodles into pan, then bring to boil, again
7. Put noodles and soup into bowl
8. Put sliced spring onion on top and sprinkle SHICHIMI over noodles
9. Done, let’s eat!
