上野散策で小腹が空いたら、ぜひオススメしたい絶品中華をご紹介します。
昭和の東京五輪が開催された1964年に創業という歴史を持つお店です。
If you get hungry while strolling in Ueno, we highly recommend this excellent Chinese restaurant. This restaurant has a long history, having been established in 1964 when the Tokyo Olympics were held in the Showa period.

”町中華で飲ろうぜ”でも撮影されました。
玉袋筋太郎氏が絶賛の海鮮春巻きと〆で食べた味噌ラーメンをいただきます。
It was also featured on the “Let’s Drink in Chinese Town” program. We had the seafood spring rolls that Mr. Tamabukuro highly recommended and miso ramen to finish the meal.

虎（フー）がびっくりしたのが、餃子のうまさ！
しっかりとした下味に、丁寧な仕事ぶりが込められています。
What surprised the Hhu was how good the dumplings were! They are well seasoned and carefully worked.

海老、イカがたっぷりの春巻き。
1本からいいですよ、と話す店員さんの親切さに泣きます。
”Harumaki” filled with shrimp and squid. The kindness of the waiter, who said that he could start with just one roll, was delightful.

どちらも冷えたビールに合うこと間違いなし。
Both are sure to go well with a cold beer.

そして、〆の味噌。
なんと八丁味噌で仕立ててあるんです。
麺をすするうちに、ピリッと感じる程度の辛味も◎
虎は追い七味してしまいましたけどww
And the closing miso.
It is made with Hatcho miso.
The spiciness that you can feel as you slurp the noodles is also very good.
Hhu put shichimi (seven spices) on the top of the noodles.
