✨Super easy and delicious noods in a thick and flavorful sauce!

1 serving
Ingredients:
-1 tablespoon (15ml) mirin
-1 teaspoon (4g) brown sugar
-1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce
-3/4 cup dashi
-100g store-bought udon noodles
-1 onsen egg
-garnishes of your choice(chopping scallions, grated ginger, sesame seeds, natto, cucumber, etc)

Instructions:
1.)In a pot combine mirin, sugar, soy sauce, and dashi.
2.)Bring the broth to a boil for about 1-2 min to burn off the alcohol.
3.)In another pot, boil your udon noodles according to the instructions on the packaging.
4.)Strain and rinse the noodles with cold water.
5.)Transfer the noodles to a bowl.
6.)Top with the onsen egg and other desired garnishes.
7.)Pour the broth into the bowl and enjoy!
