In this video, I am cooking Miso Ramen. It is super easy and can be made in under 30 min. If you don’t have access to Miso, you could use soy sauce instead.
Ingredients for Miso Ramen
Water 1 1/2 cups (375 ml)
Ground pork 100-150 g (4-6 oz)
Scallion 2 bundle
Garlic 1-2 cloves
Ginger 1 small piece
Miso 1 1/2 Tbsp
Soy sauce 1 Tsp
Chilli bean sauce (Toban djan) 1/2-1 Tsp
Sugar 1 Tsp
Sesame oil (or any frying oil) 1/2 Tsp
Baking soda 1 Tsp for 3 cups of water
Angelhair pasta 1 portion
Bean sprouts (optional)
