Easiest 15 Minute Pork Mazesoba Recipe 🍜

It’s so easy to make and honestly, have you guys tried @hakubaku.organic noodles before?! The noodles are SOOO good and they taste so different from the the super processed noodles 😮

There are so few ingredients in the ingredient list – the ramen is made of “Organic Wheat Flour, Salt, Mineral Salts, Water” and all of @hakubaku.organic’s ingredients are organic which is even better 😙

recipe:
300g ground pork
1/2 medium onion, diced
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp dashi
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (to make cornstarch slurry)
1 bunch Kakubaku Organic Ramen

toppings:
chopped chives
tobiko
raw garlic
raw egg yolk
shirasu (whitefish/sardines)
bonito flakes
aonori (seaweed flakes)

In a large wok on medium heat, add the ground pork and diced onions and cook for 3-5 minutes until most of the pork is thoroughly cooked. In a small bowl, create a cornstarch slurry by mixing together water and cornstarch. Add oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, water and dashi powder to the pork mixture and combine well. Add the cornstarch slurry and mix again until the sauce becomes a thick consistency.

In a separate stove pot, cook one bunch of Hakubaku Organic Ramen noodles according to package instructions. Strain and set aside in a ramen bowl.

Garnish ramen noodles with various toppings, adding the ground pork mixture in the middle and topping it with a raw egg yolk. Pop the yolk and mix all of the ingredients to enjoy!
