100 g beef
120 ml Warishita
25 g onion
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
some green onion
Warishita(Gyudon stock)(600ml)
60 ml white wine
60 ml mirin
1 tbsp sugar
90 ml soy sauce
400 ml water
1 tsp Hondashi(bonito soup stock)
small piece ginger
