: 2 fillet codfish
: Shiso leaves

: 40g flour
: 70-80ml beer (Guinness black would be the best)
: 1/2 tsp baking powder
: Black pepper

: 20g – 30g green part of green onion
: 50g – 60g Japanese mayo
: 1 tsp sesame oil
: Sriracha sauce
