《峰松本家 本店》
創業100年を超える超老舗の蒲鉾店が営む絶品うどん店。
豪商の古民家を改装した店舗は趣とともに堂々たる歴史を感じます。
蒲鉾を美味しく食べてもらう為に考案されたという”どんめん”ですが、ちゃんぽんのスープとうどんがこれほどにマッチするとは。まさに、圧巻です。
専任の職人が常時管理するという自家製麺はもちもち食感で、喉越しも抜群。ちゃんぽんスープも出汁がしっかりと出ていて爽やかでありながらも濃厚な旨味を感じます。
うどん店としても約40年の歴史を持つ実力派は、地元の人に愛され続ける名店です。

《Minematsu Honke Main Store》
An exquisite udon restaurant run by a long-established Kamaboko restaurant that has been in business for over 100 years.
The store, which is a renovated old folk house of a wealthy merchant, has a taste and a dignified history.
“Donmen” is said to have been devised to make Kamaboko delicious, but it seems that Champon’s soup and udon match so well. It is truly a masterpiece.
The dedicated homemade noodles have a chewy texture and are excellent in the throat. Champon soup also has a strong soup stock, and you can feel the refreshing yet rich flavor.
The talented udon restaurant, which has a history of about 40 years, is a well-known restaurant that is loved by locals.
