 こんにゃく麺:110g
 鶏ガラスープ:400㏄
 醤油だれ:20㏄
 味付け肉:20g
 ニラ:20g
 韓国唐辛子:お好みの量
 玉子:1個
 水溶き片栗粉:少々
 茹でにんにく:好きなだけ
 ごま油:少々

醤油だれ(4人分)
 醤油:75㏄
 淡口醤油:25㏄
 塩:小さじ1/2

味付け肉(4人分)
 豚ひき肉:80g
 塩:一つまみ
 淡口醤油:小さじ1

鶏ガラスープ(4人分)
 鶏ガラ:1羽分
 水:1400㏄
 
茹でニンニク
 にんにく:好きなだけ
 牛脂:1/2個(4g)

How to make Karamen.

Karamen is a very hot ramen dish born in Miyazaki Prefecture.
The soup base is soy sauce, which they add garlic, Chinese chives, seasoned pork, egg and however much Korean red pepper flakes you want to.
The chewy noodles called Konjac men made with soba flour and wheat flour go very well with the hot soup.
The popular level of spice is middle levels, but you can order higher levels of spice.

Karamen(for 1 serving)
110 g (3.7 oz) Konjac men
400 ml (1.7 cups) chicken bone soup
20 ml (0.7 oz) soy-based sauce
20 g (0.7 oz) seasoned pork
20 g (0.7 oz) Chinese chives
lots of Korean red pepper flakes
1 egg
some potato starch mixture
lots of cooked garlic
some sesame oil

Soy-based sauce(for 4 servings)
75 ml (2.5 oz) soy sauce
25 ml (0.83 oz) light soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt

Seasoned pork(for 4 servings)
80 g (2.7 oz) minced pork
1 pinch salt
1 tsp light soy sauce

Chicken bone soup(for 4 servings)
1 chicken bone
1400 ml (1.5 qt) water

Cooked garlic
lots of garlic
4 g (0.13 oz) beef tallow
