Ingredients for tomato meat souce base
: 200g Canned Tomato
: 200ml bouillon stock
: 50g onion (minced)
: 50g ground pork / beef
: 5g garlic (minced)
: 1.5 tbsp olive oil
For chicken balls
: 200g ground chicken
: 2 tbsp milk
: 3 tbsp panko
: 1 tsp ginger juice
Other ingredients
: 20g butter
: 2 tbsp flour
: 30ml red wine
: 100ml boillon stock
: 100ml milk
