太麺:1束
香味油:大さじ1
醤油だれ:大さじ2
叉焼:適量
万能ねぎ:適量
胡麻:適量
刻み海苔:適量
食べるラー油:適量
酢とラー油:それぞれ二回し
卵黄:1個
●香味油
菜種油:60㏄
胡麻油:10㏄
カツオ厚削り:5g
桜えび:3g
●食べるラー油
にんにく:3片
白ネギ:1/3本
唐辛子:大さじ1
鷹の爪:適量
菜種油:60㏄
胡麻油:20㏄
塩:ひとつまみ
砂糖:小さじ1
醤油:大さじ1
●醤油だれ(3人分)
みりん:40㏄
醤油:40㏄
昆布:一切れ
水:20㏄

●Abura Soba(for 1 serving)
1 portions Chinese thick noodles
1 tbsp luscious oil
2 tbsp Mazesoba sauce
some char Siu
some spring onion
some sesame seeds
some shredded nori seaweed.
some Taberu Rayu
some vinegar and Rayu
an egg yolk
●Koumi Abura
60 ml canola oil
10 ml sesame oil
5 g of thick-cut bonito flakes.
3g of dried shrimp.
●Taberu Rayu
3 cloves garlic
1/3 white leek
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
some red chili
60 ml canola oil
20 ml sesame oil
1pnch salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce
●Special sauce(for 3 servings)
40 ml mirin
40 ml soy sauce
small piece kombu
20 ml water
