1 leaf iceberg lettuce (30 g, 1 oz)
1 scallion/green onion
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 egg
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 tsp. sake
¼ tsp. salt
2 cups day-old cold cooked rice
⅛ tsp. white pepper
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tsp. soy sauce
