Let’s make home made Mentsuyu!
Usually, this soup base used for noodle dishes but, there are any other way to use! tempura or simmered foods, ets.
if you can make Mentsuyu yourself, you’ll expand cooking repertoire!

After making mentsuyu, if you freeze it in the freezer, you can use it anytime after many days.

<ingredients: 材料 >
400ml water
10g bonite flakes【Katsuo bushi】
2.5 tbsp of mirin
2.5 tbsp of soy cause

*can keep it in a fridge 4〜5days.
