You will need:
-400g chicken thigh
-600g of udon noodles
-4 pieces of rice cake
-4 leaves of chinese cabbage
-Vegetable oil to deep fry

For seasoning:
-1.5l of water
-100ml of sake
-30g of sugar
-100ml Soy Sauce
