東京ローカルめしをお持ち帰りしてみた！東京都北区『味の大番』に伺って、北区界隈で昔から親しまれている「からし焼き」をテイクアウトしてみました。その名前から西洋からしを想像するかもしれませんが、豚肉と豆腐を大量のニンニクと生姜で炒めて唐辛子で辛さを効かせたスタミナ溢れるご当地グルメです。東十条北口にある「とん八」が元祖といわれ、今回伺った「大番」と大衆酒場「みとめ」と併せて御三家とも言われるそうです。他にありそうでない絶品グルメをお持ち帰りし、その魅力をお伝えします。では早速ご覧ください！
