昭和の時代を風靡した「料理の鉄人」の店！神奈川県横浜市『生香園(せいこうえん)』に伺いました。こちらはテレビ番組などでお馴染みだった“中華の達人”周富徳氏の弟、周富輝氏のお店です。お店のオリジナルメニューから広東の家庭料理まで、日本人の味覚に合わせて作られた食べやすさが人気の秘密です。2色チャーハンとひとくち餃子をいただきましたので、お店の様子なども併せてどうぞお楽しみください！

“Iron Chef” shop that prevailed in the Showa period! We visited “Seikoen” in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture. This is the shop of Tomiteru Shu, the younger brother of Tomitoku Shu, a “master of Chinese food” who was familiar with TV programs. From the restaurant’s original menu to Cantonese home-cooked food, the secret of its popularity is its ease of eating, which is tailored to the tastes of Japanese people. We had two-color fried rice and gyoza dumplings, so please enjoy the restaurant as well!
