Hey guys! Welcome to my channel.
Have you ever heard of a noodle called Soba? Perhaps you have heard of ramen, but not soba. It is one of the most popular noodles in Japan. There are two main ways to eat soba: cold or hot soba.
This time, I used a Philips Noodle Maker to make some soba noodles and I had the cold soba noodles!

麺/めん – noodle
冷たい/つめたい – cold
強力粉/きょうりきこ – bread flour (Strong flour)
そば粉/そばこ – Buckwheat flour
